Alexandrite:

Not only is Alexandrite one of the rarest gemstones in the world it is also one of the birthstones for June. The gemstone was first discovered in the 19^th century in Russia and named of the future Tsar to be –Alexander II. The gemstone has colour changing properties and is believed to provide its wearer with being able to place both mental and emotional disparities in uniform with each other.

Moonstone:

Moonstone is also a birthstone for those born in June. The stone is associated with being ‘the traveler’s stone’ as in popular belief it can provide protection from the dangers of travel. In addition to this the moonstone is believed to enhance understanding and intellectual reasoning.
