– Pay a deposit of 25% of the total due.
– Pay the balance in affordable installments over 4/6 months.
– Items are shipped once all due amounts are settled.
Our Commitment to our customers:
We clearly state all gemstone treatments and enhancements that the gemstones may have gone through. However, we guarantee that all of our gemstones are natural, genuine and ethically sourced.
We describe gemstones to the best of our ability. For instance, we state their colour, cut, clarity, carat weight, size and origin.
We use the most appropriate conditions to photograph the gemstones. As a result, the gemstones are shown in the best possible way. To clarify, we do not enhance the photographs in order to increase the gemstones’ appeal.
We have a 14-day return policy if customers are unsatisfied with their gemstones. However, we ask that the gemstone is in its same condition as when it leaves our premises. In addition, we will inspect the gemstone. After that, funds are returned to customers.
Please note that shipping, credit card and insurance charges are non-refundable.

We do not have access to users’ credit card information. Payments process through a secure (SSL) page via a virtual merchant service. In addition, personal information is not stored on our website.
We do not sell email addresses, personal information and browsing patterns of our customers.
