No registration is required to use our website.

Checkout is easy, safe and secure. Once you have selected your desired gemstones, you can checkout as follows:

  • Enter the delivery address.
  • Enter the contact details.

After that, GeorGems will send you an e-mail. This e-mail verifies the order and purchase made.

Upon checkout, please select direct transfer to make use of this payment method. After that, GeorGems will send an e-mail that includes order details and GeorGems’ banking details. Please note that if payment is not made within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled. On the other hand, once payment has been received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. This e-mail indicates the process of the order.

3. Lay-by Payment plan:  

Upon checkout, please select lay-by to make use of this payment plan. After that, the order will be processed. Further, one of our friendly Customer Support staff will make contact to confirm order details and the deposit required (25%) and monthly premiums (4 or 6 months).

Warranty & Guarantee

GeorGems offers a 14-day full money-back guarantee. However, please note that shipping, credit card and insurance charges are non-refundable.

If customers are unsatisfied with their gemstones, please contact admin@georgems.co.za to arrange courier collection. However, we ask that the gemstone is in its same condition as when it leaves our premises. In addition, we will inspect the gemstone. After that, a refund will be paid without delay.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy if customers are unsatisfied with their gemstones. However, we ask that the gemstone is in its same condition as when it leaves our premises. In addition, we will inspect the gemstone. After that, funds are returned to customers without delay.
