If customers are unsatisfied with their gemstones, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange courier collection. However, we ask that the gemstone is in its same condition as when it leaves our premises. In addition, we will inspect the gemstone. After that, a refund will be paid without delay.

However, some gemstones do not have certificates. Therefore, we offer gemstone certificates from trusted gemologists. As a result, please request a certificate for a fee of R350.00.
We have a 14-day return policy if customers are unsatisfied with their gemstones. However, we ask that the gemstone is in its same condition as when it leaves our premises. In addition, we will inspect the gemstone. After that, funds are returned to customers without delay.
