We use the most appropriate conditions to photograph the gemstones. As a result, the gemstones are shown in the best possible way. To clarify, we do not enhance the photographs in order to increase the gemstones’ appeal.

We have a 14-day return policy if customers are unsatisfied with their gemstones. However, we ask that the gemstone is in its same condition as when it leaves our premises. In addition, we will inspect the gemstone. After that, funds are returned to customers.
